Located directly on the River Elbe, the Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel offers its guests a fantastic view over Dresden’s old town. Following extensive modernisation of the 326 bedrooms and suites by Brumann as general contractor of FF&E, the spectacular view now has its counterpart in the interior, for the hotel landscape of the ‘Florence on the Elbe’ has now gained a highlight. The interior design, impressively preserving the timeless elegance, is in keeping with the classic aura of the hotel. Leather and wood underscore the muted colour palette of soft creams, naturals and cognac tones, and the indirect lighting produces gentle highlights on the polished brass accents.
After the completion of the mock up rooms, the interior design and furniture and fittings were carried out in two construction phases, smoothly and seamlessly enough to satisfy any hotel operator – despite the fact that parts of the building were historically significant structures and that the hotel was still open for business.
