Four Point Flex by Sheraton Bochum

A German premiere for the hotel industry. In cooperation with Marriott International, the Chocolate on the Pillow Group is bringing the Four Point Flex by Sheraton Bochum, the first hotel of this new conversion brand, to Germany. For the rebranding of the former GHOTEL hotel & living Bochum, BRUMANN was commissioned as interior designer and general contractor for the interior fit-out.

The newly opened hotel combines fresh design with high functionality. It reflects the core values of the Four Point Flex brand - reliability, simplicity and value. Guests benefit from rooms with a modern design, an optimised service concept and innovative digital solutions. As interior designers, we not only adapted the new Four Point Flex by Sheraton concept with timeless design elements, but also integrated the characteristic features of the location. Art and murals allow guests to look back to Bochum's industrial era and coal mining stronghold, which many places in the city centre still recall today. The furniture design also reflects the geometric building forms of this period.

The hotel in Bochum is the first of a total of six hotels operated by the white label hotel operator, which will be transformed from the GHOTEL hotel & living brand to Four Points Flex by Sheraton by 2026 as part of a strategic reorganisation. BRUMANN is responsible for the redesign and remodelling of all the hotels.
