Together with the Chocolate on the Pillow Group (COTP), Brumann has transformed the existing GHOTEL in Göttingen into a fresh, functional and distinctive Four Points Flex by Sheraton. The franchisor is Marriott International. With Göttingen, Brumann is continuing its successful collaboration with COTP – this is already the fourth hotel in the group to be integrated into the Four Points Flex by Sheraton concept.
The project focused on rebranding and the targeted modernisation of the conference areas. The hotel now has eight high-quality conference rooms, including an elegant boardroom. Intelligent room design has also created a new pre-function area that clearly separates hotel guests from conference participants while ensuring an optimal flow of guests.
During the design process, particular emphasis was placed on atmosphere and regional roots: large-format photographs and murals feature distinctive Göttingen motifs, including the Gänseliesel fountain in the market square, old half-timbered houses and St. Johannis Church. This creates a strong connection to the city, which immediately welcomes guests. The entire conversion took place during ongoing operations, so that hotel and conference activities could continue without any lengthy interruptions.
