In May, SV Hotel opened Stay KooooK Munich City, a new boutique hotel in the heart of the Bavarian capital. On behalf of the operating company—a leading restaurant and hotel management corporation based near Zurich—Brumann completed the interior design of the 32 units and public areas in spring 2025.
Stay KooooK is SV Hotel's own brand, which aims to create a living experience that combines the best elements of hotels, Airbnb, hostels, and its own concept. The Munich property offers different room types with a total of 84 beds on six floors – from cozy rooms to fully equipped new family studios – which welcome guests with trendy design solutions and homely comfort. The studios are equipped with kitchenettes, making it easy to settle in for longer stays. As a special feature, the studios on the top floor have French balconies with views of the pedestrian zone or the inner courtyard. A spiral staircase leads guests from the flat to the terrace facing the inner courtyard.
The existing building owned by Aachener Grund was converted into a Stay KooooK hotel based on plans by Parterre Architekten. It is the second hotel of this brand in Germany. The building is located just two minutes from the main train station and directly on the extension of one of Germany's oldest and busiest pedestrian zones.
