Phase 2: Creation
Then the concept begins to grow: we develop initial designs – exciting, inspirational, yet well thought through – and bring them to life using mood boards. We work out the finer details; we replace good ideas with better ideas. The plans are now clearly defined and the costing is reliable. And, if you wish, we can create a show room.
Phase 3: Execution and supervision
Next comes execution, and our focus shifts to efficiency. An experienced project management team; a hands-on site manager; sub-contractors who are masters of their trades; and purchasing managers who strike the right balance between quality and price: our professionals ensure everything goes exactly to plan.
