Your responsibilities:
- You support our projects at a commercial level - from awarding the contract to invoicing
- Your knack for figures and your qualities as a negotiator are also put to good use during the procurement process: you create tenders, prepare offers and help award contracts to subcontractors
- As a commercial project manager, you will also be responsible for contract management
- In your interface function, you work closely with other project participants such as Purchasing and the project and site managers on site and coordinate commercial matters
- Project controlling: you have an overview of the current performance and billing status at all times
- With your conscientious preparation, you lay the foundation for accounts receivable accounting
Your profile:
- Your background can be technical or commercial: you are just as welcome as a wood technician (m/f/d) as you are if you have trained as an industrial clerk (f/m/d) or have a degree in business administration
- The decisive factor is your professional experience in a commercial environment, preferably as a project manager, commercial team leader, calculator, work planner or similar, ideally in the construction industry or in the trades
- In addition to commercial precision and perseverance, you have a good technical understanding, thanks to which you quickly understand our services - your cost-oriented and realistic way of thinking always resonates during project realization
- Other strengths: You work with a high degree of personal responsibility and are a strong communicator and negotiator with project participants and external partners
- Fluent in German
