For the realisation of our projects, we are looking for a site manager for interior fit-out with immediate effect. You will accompany and coordinate our projects on site from the award of the contract through to completion.
Your tasks
- Site management and first point of contact on site (nationwide)
- Adherence to budget, time and quality specifications
- Multitasking of various tasks
- Communication and meetings with partners, service providers and project participants on site
- If necessary, construction site documentation (construction diaries, etc.)
Your profile
- Technical degree (architecture, interior design, civil engineering or similar) or a suitable qualification for the job profile
- suitable training (with professional experience)
- Professional experience, ideally in large hotel or catering projects
- High willingness to travel and work
- Persuasiveness and strong communication skills
- Solution-orientated, pragmatic and long-term approach
- Knowledge of English is required; knowledge of Polish is an advantage
