Construction manager for the interior fit-out

For the realisation of our projects, we are looking for a site manager for interior fit-out with immediate effect. You will accompany and coordinate our projects on site from the award of the contract through to completion. 

Your tasks

• Site management and first point of contact on site (nationwide)
• Adherence to budget, time and quality specifications
• Multitasking of various tasks
• Communication and meetings with partners, service providers and project participants on site
• If necessary, construction site documentation (construction diaries, etc.)

Your profile

• Technical degree (architecture, interior design, civil engineering or similar) or a suitable qualification for the job profile
• suitable training (with professional experience)
• Professional experience, ideally in large hotel or catering projects
• High willingness to travel and work
• Persuasiveness and strong communication skills
• Solution-orientated, pragmatic and long-term approach
• Knowledge of English is required; knowledge of Polish is an advantage
