Your responsibilities
We are currently seeking an interior designer/architect to join our team at our Ascheberg office (near Münster) to work on the design, planning, and implementation of our international hotel and restaurant projects in the 4- and 5-star segments.
– Design, project planning, and construction planning in accordance with LPH 1–5
– Development of projects of varying scales: from comprehensive spatial concepts to room type and detail plans, through to flooring and furnishing plans
– In doing so, you will grasp our design styles and look forward to further developing them with your own ideas
– You will work as part of a team to drive projects forward—this involves constructive collaboration with the cost estimation, purchasing, and project management teams
Your Profile
– A degree in interior design or architecture
– Experience with projects, ideally in the design of hotel or restaurant spaces
– Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), graphic design software, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– You have a clear style, a keen eye for detail, and know how to distinguish fleeting trends from timeless design language
– Quality is your standard, which you maintain even in busy and deadline-driven situations
– Complex projects are always team successes: You enjoy working collaboratively, have fun, and can persuade and inspire others
