Ready for a new perspective?

At BRUMANN, we design holistic hotel environments—from the initial concept to the final implementation. To do this, we need people who think proactively, take responsibility, and are eager to actively drive projects forward. When you join us, you’re part of the team from the very start and play a visible role in shaping the results.

Our work thrives on the interplay of different disciplines: architecture, interior design, project management, and procurement work together seamlessly. In our teams, specialists work closely together to realize individual hotel concepts that are compelling both creatively and technically.
Variety isn’t just a promise here—it’s our everyday reality. Every project brings new challenges—whether it’s a new build, a repositioning, or the transformation of existing buildings. That’s exactly what makes it so exciting.

Our location at Rohlmanns Hof in Ascheberg offers space for focused work, open communication, and independent action. Flat hierarchies and a culture of mutual respect create the foundation for trust and quick decision-making.

Historical workplace

Rohlmanns Hof is the heart of our work—a place where history and the present come together. Behind the historic, brick facade of a 19th-century farmhouse lies an inspiring work environment full of character. A glass connecting structure links the historic building with the modern extension, creating two interlinked gabled buildings. Bright, spacious rooms create a special atmosphere where ideas have room to flourish.

Modern Work Environments

Our work environment is designed to support modern, flexible work styles. Height-adjustable desks, ergonomic furnishings, and state-of-the-art technology facilitate both focused work and creative collaboration. Large touchscreen monitors and an extensive collection of samples are available for meetings and project work. A dedicated parking lot and our central location in Ascheberg, with its wide range of shopping options, round out the work environment.

Interdisciplinary teamwork

Our team consists of around 40 dedicated specialists from a wide range of disciplines. Architects, interior designers, construction and project managers, technicians, buyers, estimators, and commercial and administrative staff work closely together with us. The continuous exchange between departments creates synergies, fosters new perspectives, and forms the foundation for holistic, practical solutions. We view collaboration as an active process—open, structured, and conducted on an equal footing.
