Benvenuti! Under the theme “Un pomeriggio italiano,” the courtyard was transformed into a small Italian piazza last week. In glorious summer weather, our employees enjoyed Aperol, limoncello, and other refreshing drinks, while a buffet from a local Italian restaurant—featuring antipasti, pasta, and large family-style pizzas—created a real vacation atmosphere.

An ice cream stand from a local ice cream shop, Italian music, and many colleagues dressed in theme created the perfect Mediterranean atmosphere. Another special highlight was the recognition ceremony for our employees, which rounded out the afternoon as a successful celebration full of appreciation and camaraderie.

Today, students often move to a new city for a few months or a couple of semesters. They’re looking for more than just a room—they want a smooth start, a supportive environment, and the feeling that they’re settling in quickly.

With the completed 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘄𝗼𝗵𝗻𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗺 𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗹-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘅-This concept was implemented at 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗲 220–226 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻. On approximately 8.800 m² of gross floor area, 194 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗺ö𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 – 𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 155 𝗘𝗶𝗻𝘇𝗲𝗹- 𝘂𝗻𝗱 39 𝗗𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 – for a total of 233 students. The project combines the needs of modern student living with elements of hospitality, creating a functional, flexible living solution for a mobile generation.
