Our projects are carried out by an interdisciplinary team drawn from various departments. We currently have a total of 15 colleagues working in interior design, 10 in project and construction management, and 11in business and administrative roles. Together , they oversee every hotel project—from the initial concept through to successful completion.

During the project development phase, we work together to lay the foundation for each project. At the outset, a project-specific team is assembled from various departments—tailored to the specific requirements and availability of each team member. During project implementation, plans become reality. Building on the project development phase, the project-specific team that was previously assembled continues to work closely together, guiding the project from detailed planning through the bidding process and construction planning all the way to on-site implementation.
Project management, procurement, and work planning maintain constant coordination throughout the process. Through close collaboration, regular coordination, construction supervision, and meticulous documentation, we work together to ensure that ideas are brought to life step by step.
