The ATLANTIC Hotel Frankfurt is a striking 4-star superior hotel being built in the Europaviertel district, combining an urban lifestyle, contemporary comfort, and architectural distinction. As part of the 124-meter-tall Sparda-Bank Tower, located in the immediate vicinity of Messe Frankfurt and offering direct access to the exhibition center, the project sets new standards for the integration of hospitality, business, and urban development. Commissioned by the Gustav Zech Foundation, BRUMANN served as interior designer and general contractor for the interior fit-out.
Conceived as a two-part building complex, the project is a development by the Gustav Zech Foundation and is being realized according to plans by Cyrus Moser Architects. While Sparda-Bank Hessen, as the owner of the high-rise, is moving its headquarters into the building, the “Messeplatz” entrance and the shared forecourt remain the property of Messe Frankfurt.
A total of 373 rooms and suites are spread across approximately 20 floors, complemented by a variety of lounge and communal areas. Special highlights include a sky bar with a view of the Frankfurt skyline and a fitness area at lofty heights. The offering is complemented by flexible event spaces for meetings, events, and conferences—designed for international guests as well as the local business community.
The interior design follows a cosmopolitan approach: The public areas were designed by Olufemi Moser and are characterized by an open, inviting spatial structure as well as a clear, urban design language. The design of the guest room areas by BRUMANN builds on this and translates the design vision into a calm, high-quality, and functional atmosphere that meets the needs of modern travelers.
As the general contractor, BRUMANN was responsible for the entire interior fit-out during the detailed planning and execution phases. The integrated planning and implementation of all trade work resulted in a consistent overall design that combines design quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
The hotel is scheduled to open in fall 2026.
