In May, SV Hotel opened Stay KooooK München City, a new boutique hotel in the heart of the Bavarian capital. Commissioned by the operating company—a leading hospitality and hotel management corporation based near Zurich—Brumann completed the interior fit-out of the 32 guest units and public areas in the spring of 2025.

Stay KooooK is SV Hotel’s proprietary brand, designed to create a living experience that combines the best elements of a hotel, Airbnb, hostel, and its own unique concept. The Munich property offers various room types across six floors with a total of 84 beds—ranging from Cozy Rooms to fully equipped new Family Studios—welcoming guests with trendy design solutions and home-like comfort. The studios’ kitchenettes make it easy to settle in for a longer stay. As a special feature, the studios on the top floor have a French balcony overlooking the pedestrian zone or the inner courtyard. A spiral staircase leads guests from the apartment to the terrace facing the inner courtyard.

The existing building owned by Aachener Grund was converted into a Stay KooooK according to plans by Parterre Architekten. It is the second property of this brand in Germany. The building is just two minutes from the main train station and is located directly on the extension of one of Germany’s oldest and busiest pedestrian zones.
