Your responsibilities


To carry out our projects, we are currently seeking a site manager for interior construction. You will oversee and coordinate our projects on-site from the award of the contract through to completion.

– Site management and primary point of contact on-site (nationwide)
– Adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements
– Multitasking across a wide range of tasks
– Communication and meetings with partners, service providers, and project stakeholders on-site
– Construction site documentation as needed (construction logs, etc.)

Your Profile


– Degree in a technical field (architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or similar) or vocational training relevant to the job profile (with professional experience)
– Professional experience, ideally in large hotel or restaurant projects
– Willingness to travel and work on-site
– Persuasiveness and strong communication skills
– Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and long-term approach
– English proficiency is required; Polish proficiency is a plus
