As part of the comprehensive revitalization of the historic Hotel Mannheimer Hof, the property was repositioned in March 2025 as part of the Leonardo Limited Edition. The renovation, carried out in accordance with historic preservation guidelines, encompassed 192 rooms and suites as well as all public areas, resulting in a timelessly elegant overall design with echoes of the “Roaring Twenties.”

BRUMANN served as the general contractor for the project throughout the entire renovation process across multiple construction phases—from planning to implementation. In particular, we were responsible for the design of the public areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and bar, which now impress with an atmospheric design concept and high-quality materials.

The result is a cohesive interior concept that combines historical character with modern hospitality design, giving the Mannheimer Hof a new, distinctive identity.
