Your responsibilities


We are currently seeking a Project Manager for Building Services Engineering (HVAC) to handle all matters related to building services engineering for our international hotel and restaurant projects in the 4- and 5-star segments. The position is based at our office in Ascheberg (near Münster).

– In our planning department, you will serve as an expert in the development and execution of HVAC projects (phases 1–3, 5–9). You will oversee and manage projects focused on ventilation and air conditioning for hotel rooms and public areas, as well as the renovation of hotel bathrooms and restaurant spaces
– You will support the cost estimation department during the bidding phase and, later in the project, define specifications and prepare requests for proposals. You will also assist in the awarding of subcontractor services
– You will be responsible for developing and specifying HVAC components and systems; you will coordinate these with the project team
– You will conduct technical reviews of concepts or preliminary designs to ensure completeness and feasibility and actively assist with necessary on-site surveys—primarily for renovation projects
– When translating concepts or preliminary designs into detailed construction plans, you will provide support in the area of building services by contributing your technical expertise during coordination with internal and external project stakeholders

Your Profile


– Successful completion of a master craftsman/technical college program or a degree program in building services engineering, utility engineering, or a comparable qualification
– Experience in the design of building services systems and detailed engineering in construction planning – preferably in the hospitality industry
– Expertise in tendering and the preparation of specifications
– Proficiency in standard MS Office programs; ideally, experience using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
– Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
