Your responsibilities
– In our Interior Design department, you will serve as an expert in construction detailing (LPH 5) for our interior design projects in the hospitality industry
– Independently develop construction details while adhering to legal and technical requirements
– Overseeing projects in construction planning across a wide range of scales: from comprehensive spatial concepts to room type and detail plans, through to flooring and furnishing plans
– You will work as part of a team to drive projects forward—this involves engaging in constructive dialogue with your planning colleagues and the departments of cost estimation, purchasing, and project management
Your Profile
– A degree in architecture or interior design
– Ideally, you also have a degree as a technical draftsman, architectural draftsman, or woodworking technician
– Experience in interior finishing for renovation, new construction, or conversion projects, preferably in hotel or restaurant properties
– Proficient use of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), graphics programs, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Familiarity with BIM is a plus to support the implementation of processes
– Creativity and a keen eye for detail
