Brumann has played a major role with regard to these last two high points of uniqueKiel – with implementation planning and preparation of mock up rooms, as well as the complete interior design and delivery of FF&E.

The interior concept combines Nordic style with industrial design to create a fitting ambience for this location, right by the Swedish and Norwegian Quays and with stunning views of the Kiel Fjord from many of the rooms. With room sizes from 19 m² in Skipper class up to the 30 m² studios, everyone from business guests to families will find stylish accommodation here. Extras such as the ultra-comfortable beds or the practical kitchenettes in the studios make even long stays a comfortable experience. In the lobby, the Café RESTEZ!unique and the public areas such as the co-working space, murals, paintings and sculptures by well-known artists define a modern lifestyle, enhanced by high-quality furniture and elaborate interior details.

To give the ‘unique’ brand a distinctive character and to tell a new hotel story in a charming but lighthearted way was a pleasure for the entire Brumann team. What particularly attracted us was the creative pragmatism and the ongoing sustainability aspects of this concept – the bathrooms feature Stop The Water cosmetics, breakfast ingredients and snacks are sourced from regional partners, and L’Osteria next door delivers pizza and pasta to the rooms for those with really big appetites. It really is unique!
