Your responsibilities


As an all-around talent, you’ll support us with administrative, business, and organizational tasks:

• You’ll manage our switchboard and direct callers to the right colleagues within our company.
• At the visitor reception desk, you’ll ensure our guests feel welcome and coordinate with package delivery drivers and other service providers.
• With your strong organizational skills, you’ll support us in planning events and preparing for meetings and client appointments.
• You’ll handle office organization and administration with care: processing mail and email correspondence, maintaining data in the system, and ordering office supplies.
• As a team assistant, you’ll support the Interior Design department, for example, by managing the sample warehouse, including procurement.
• In addition, you’ll handle communication with suppliers and representatives.

Your Profile


• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an office management assistant (f/m/d), or hold an equivalent qualification.
• We welcome several years of professional experience as a team or reception assistant, office manager (m/f/d), or in a similar position in secretarial work or office and project management.
• You are proficient in using MS Office and have a basic knowledge of English.
• In addition, you stand out for your independent, structured, and responsible work style, as well as your hands-on approach and team spirit.
• You interact with customers and colleagues in a confident and friendly manner—it’s clear that you genuinely enjoy working with people.
• You like to think outside the box and are eager to learn—you’re interested not only in your specific area of work but also in our business processes.
• Thanks to your flexible mindset, you can quickly adapt to changes and always respond with a service-oriented approach.
